Day 2 P3, steak day #1
Ok, so I was up 2.4 over LIW and went on my first P3 steak day. Again, from my lowest weight (135), I am up 3.6 pounds- my LIW was 136.2. Same pattern as last P3- however, I am eating differently so we'll see if that makes a difference in stabilising this week.
I have better resolve to keep at the steak days for the first many weeks to insure my stabilising!
hopefully, this will be one of one-LOL. If not, I'll keep at it, and stay within my 2 pounds!
