146 even- down 29 pounds!

Yay! After about 5 days straight of .4 losses, I went down.8 for this AM's weigh-in. I "tried" an apple cider vinegar cocktail before lunch, and I hope that is what made the turn for better losses for me. I plan on trying this with lunch each day and dinner if possible.
