Fell off the face of the Earth???

Gosh, I have neglected my blogging duties this past week. Please accept my apology for not updating regularly.

I had a harder P3 than normal, but I think I have diagnosed what went right and what went wrong.

I went 3 pounds over my LIW on Saturday, did a steak day which was not hard despite being in the middle of a National Scrapbook Day Open House. I just drank a ton of teas- mostly Mate.

Why I had the steak day: the day before, I was hungrier or I had more eating prompts than normal os I had a couple of pickles and a spoonful or peanut butter which I had heard had caused some people problems in P3. Honestly, I read on the yahoogroup that someone else had a problem with coconut water, and I had some fermeted coconut water also.

Sun AM, I was barely under the 2 pound limit, and I found myself very hungry feeling. However, I had some emotional stressors that day. Mon AM, right at 2 pounds LIW with my Mom's birthday that day so I decided to start loading a day ealry and get on with the program. We had lobster tail and asparagus, homemade cake and ice cream- sweetened with honey (not P3 friendly), and today I am way over LIW of course.

I skipped cake and ice cream when on P2 for Truman's birthday, but I went for it this time on P3. I make some wonderful almond flour cake if I do say so myself!!!!

What I learned most importantly is how delicate this hypothalamus resetting really is. My experimental short rounds which have been less than 23 days of dosage ( more like 21 dosage days with 2 vlcd) just might not do the trick for the long haul. My last "Spring" round, I am doing a FULL 23 days of dosaging- I have started with my sublingual forzen syringes from last round, and I think I will finish out SQ or IM for the last 2 weeks or so.

Why? I'll write that tomorrow...
