Same pattern as last P3....steak day #2
BUT, I am more relaxed about the gains, and I am just looking at them as part of the way my body stabilises.
So, I was up 2.8 today! Yowee.
I downloaded my own installed version of FitDay calorie tracker last night becasue the online tool just took too much time.
I did go over about 400 calories- mostly with the coconut oil which should not have made too much of a difference, but that should not translate into 2.8 pounds gained (think an extra 7000+ calories to do that-LOL).
So, I was up 2.8 today! Yowee.
