Today, I'll be gnoshing on pastured pork belly and yard eggs! Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm. Phase 3 for "real" this time 3 weeks no sweeteners or starches. My plan is to use P2 foods, adding in fats mostly and some protein powder ( raw milk kind whey).
I noticed my 72 hours VLCD is not showing a loss at all like on my first round. I hope this means I am very stable and not eating into my structural fat stores like the first time.
Also, I am fighting a cold, blech, ovulating as well, so this is usually a time when I do not lose much.
My body fat % was 32% this AM so it is really lower once I hydrate and eat! Yay for normal bosy fat %!
