down today...numbers anyway
This feels stable right now. And I think I am getting the hang of feeling full without overeating and eating often enough!
HCG weight loss is also all about learning cues to eat and what the body responds well to and what foods just do not cut the mustard so to speak.

up a little more...
so still not completely stabilised...but the gains are small like the losses on previous days so i am pretty stable.
I am going to concentrate more on protein today although not go overboard with a protein only day as those seem to not agree with my weight so much.

up .6, and I am stable now...
Looks like I am going to be aorund 4 # over LIW which is exactly where I wound up last round at this time. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks into P3 for me.
However, even with the gain, I swear I see inches still coming off. The reshaping that so many expereince with HCG dieting even after the low calorie portion is over.

down .6 again!
So, I am barely over 4 pounds LIW. This is so much better considering I was almost 7 pounds over last week sometime.
I am eating balanced meals without starch or sugars.

Down .6 eating "normally"
Ok, so it looks like I am truly stabilized with a .6 loss with normal eating yesterday- NOT watching carbs ( in other words, I ate fruit and veggies- no sugars/starches though).
I think my caloric requirements are less than the norm though may be one reason the crazy gains during P3. My theory is my body holds onto HCg and releases it for more than a week on and off. At times, I'd feel so full after eating- much like a loading day feeling, and I had not eaten too much. I am guessing, it was an HCg release time possibly.
My "plan" for my last round starting in December is to try Linda Prinster's homeopathic HCG for the last 10 days or so of my round AFTER doing at least 23 days of injections becasue this stuff supposedly leaves the system faster than an injection which makes sense.

Down 1.8 on yesterday's modified steak day
Well, it was not a total steak day as I did eat 2 other servings of protein- one at lunch (boiled egg and 1 cup whole milk- yes has carbs, I know) and another late evening ( set-it and-forget-it rotisserie pastured chiken). My steak I had around 6 PM.
I feel like I am stabilising now- which looking back at last P3, this is when my weight did get steady- about 4-5 pounds over LIW though. I suspect this is just how my body does this- especially after consecutive steak days getting me a gain on one and loss on the first one.
My plan for my last round will be to go under about 5 pounds of my goal weight and expect a rise in the first 10 days after LIW.
Now, for today, warm lemon water, then Oolong tea for the first hour upon rising. A dash of Swedish bitters ( no gall bladder) followed by one cup of whole raw milk and 2 fried eggs. Yerba Mate tea, and now about 2 hours after the eggs, I am feeling empty again so I'll grab a little piece of chicken breast and some salad with olive oil and ACV.
Hoping tomorrow will not show a gain. If it does, then I will do another steak day modified like yesterday's with a little extra protein. I will no longer do 2 steak days in a row.

Up, up, and away....
Oyvay.
I went up again. Today, I am doing a steak day again. It's all I know to do.
My P3 is NOT the norm though- many, many people settle in pretty easily. I am an exeption.
Just trying to relax and allow my body to do what it needs to do here, but seeing the scale go up, up, up is disheartening.
I'm hanging in here- still looking great!

Protein day landed me 1.6# gain!
Despite calorie watching, protein scarfing, I am up again! I about drowned myself in water also-LOL- hoping to flush it all out.
I went to the chiro who said my ICV was not acting up, but that my hypothalamus/ovaries connection were not speaking to one another. He worked on that pathway.
However, looking back at last P3, this is what happened also. Looking ahead, I should stabilise about here over the next day or two- especially if I eat more balanced with carb/prot/fat.

Arrgh....
Steak day #2 landed me a .6 gain. OK, so I am going on a protein day today.
This is very much like my last P3, and it is not the norm.

Same pattern as last P3....steak day #2
BUT, I am more relaxed about the gains, and I am just looking at them as part of the way my body stabilises.
So, I was up 2.8 today! Yowee.
I downloaded my own installed version of FitDay calorie tracker last night becasue the online tool just took too much time.
I did go over about 400 calories- mostly with the coconut oil which should not have made too much of a difference, but that should not translate into 2.8 pounds gained (think an extra 7000+ calories to do that-LOL).
So, I was up 2.8 today! Yowee.

Steak Day success!

Day 2 P3, steak day #1
Ok, so I was up 2.4 over LIW and went on my first P3 steak day. Again, from my lowest weight (135), I am up 3.6 pounds- my LIW was 136.2. Same pattern as last P3- however, I am eating differently so we'll see if that makes a difference in stabilising this week.
I have better resolve to keep at the steak days for the first many weeks to insure my stabilising!
hopefully, this will be one of one-LOL. If not, I'll keep at it, and stay within my 2 pounds!

Oh, my total loss from this round was...
I made it sound like I'd only lost 3 pounds-LOL.
This round, my total loss was 15.4 pounds in 29 VLCD with injections for .53 #s/day average!
My "old" average" was .6 pounds so I was a little slow. Still, looking good although "food" is such a big thing on my mind this round.
I hope my final round at the end of the year will not be so filled with food thoughts as this one was towards the last week or so.

Last Injection Day!
LIW 136.2- up .2 from yesterday. And dernit, I'm calling my weight loss 40 pounds (even though it is 39)-LOL. Talk about new Math!
While my new loss from last round's LIW was only 3.2 pounds, I am much smaller in inches. I am probably a size 6 now although I will not know that unless I go shopping. My 8s are pretty loose but still fit fairly well.
