New Photos!


Sorry- no makeup for photos, but still on P2! I think my outfit selection does not show my little waist all too well, but I took these last night around midnight and did not feel like trying on clothes-LOL!The nice thing about losing weight is that I do not dread seeing photos of myself like I used to. I actually like most of them!

Finally...

Below my LIW and into the how low can I go mode! I know my inches were less already, but the scale number matters to me.

I'm only on this P2 for another 9 days so maybe I'll wind up below 135- probably not a size smaller which was my goal, but after messing up P3 so royally last time, that is just how it goes!

DD.ca requested a new photo, and I will do one IF I get a bath today-LOL.

Blogger glitch kicked me off!

This was so strange that suddenly I could not blog on my blog a couple of days ago-LOL.

OK, so my stats, slowed down a bit on loss the last 2 days, but still losing close to 1 pound per day. My average is around.6 pounds/day on other rounds.

Even though the scale is not moving so fast these past few days, I feel my clothes getting very loose, and I suspect I'll be in a size 6 by the end of this round which will be Sept 4th.

Plan of Action- what's different this round...

I am doing intramuscular injections of 130 iu, deltoid or shoulder muscle.

I am drinking more plain water.

I am skipping the grissini or Melba.

I have added a small tomato ( between 2-2.5 ounces) as a snack instead to keep my calories up closer to 450-475.

I am eating one ounce of lettuce with Penzy's spice blend and himalayan salt and apple cider vinegar once/day.

I am going to bed by midnight and sleeping at least 8 hours.

Back in the saddle again....

After weeks of spotty internet and computer issues, I am back to my blog and well into another P2 round of losing.

My P3 was less than stellar, and by the time I had loaded for this round, I was 11 pounds over my last LIW. It was depressing to find myself back in the 150s, although, that was only for a few days because HCG weight loss is so effective. It was not until I loaded that my clothes felt tighter.

Today is my 8th VLCD this round, and I am down to 143.4, averaging a huge 1 pound/day which is not normal for me even for the first week of losses!
