Down .6 eating "normally"

Ok, so it looks like I am truly stabilized with a .6 loss with normal eating yesterday- NOT watching carbs ( in other words, I ate fruit and veggies- no sugars/starches though).

I think my caloric requirements are less than the norm though may be one reason the crazy gains during P3. My theory is my body holds onto HCg and releases it for more than a week on and off. At times, I'd feel so full after eating- much like a loading day feeling, and I had not eaten too much. I am guessing, it was an HCg release time possibly.

My "plan" for my last round starting in December is to try Linda Prinster's homeopathic HCG for the last 10 days or so of my round AFTER doing at least 23 days of injections becasue this stuff supposedly leaves the system faster than an injection which makes sense.
